The International Citizen Media Award 2017 expects to respect enormous worldwide works in the field of national media and its items in the classifications Video and Audio which have been made by private, non-business makers.
The honor recognizes the commitment of residents of all nations, their varying media items and their reports in locally, territorially, all inclusive and socially applicable subjects.

Producers: single members, gatherings, affiliations, common activities, school classes and particularly makers, on-screen characters and publication groups in the field of national media work, occupant in any area outside of Germany
Just a single item for every maker
Creation period: between the first January 2016 and the 28th February 2017
Span: No item ought to be longer than 20 minutes
Non-English Products in both the video and sound classification must incorporate an English transcript or, if there should arise an occurrence of a video item, English subtitles.
