This scholarship program operates in more than 155 countries worldwide. Approximately 4,000 foreign students are issued the Fulbright scholarships every year.
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is awarded by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All Foreign Student Program applications are processed by these offices.

How to apply
Since the Fulbright scholarships applications are processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies, foreign students are advised to apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home countries.
