Strategies and shortlisting
After the expiry of the due date for applications, the approved enlistment administrator chooses candidates for appraisal on the counsel of the Interview Committee. A short time later an appraisal board will be named to assess the chosen applications. The candidates will be told of the organization of the advisory group and the last determination of an effective competitor will be made by the Head of Department, in view of the suggestions of the appraisal panel and the meeting board of trustees.
The primary standard for choice will be the exploration capability of the candidate and the previously mentioned abilities. The effective competitor will then be asked for to formally apply for enrolment as a PhD understudy at the PhD school of Science.
